SureStay Hotel by Best Western Santa Cruz

Very comfortable rooms, and very clean too. The breakfast was excellent for the price with fresh juice, pastry’s, toast, eggs, fruit, cereals and even waffles which were really good. We only used this location as a half way stop off so didn’t get a great look at the location, but it was very close to the boardwalk. There was also an outdoor pool, but the weather unfortunately wasn’t fit so we didn’t try it.

The locatoin was pretty good, and the staff was friendly. I would definitly book here again, and recomend to people i know..

The rooms were very clean ,and the on site manager was awesome,she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed,very good experience for price will b back, also the breakfast they provide has a good variety and there is plenty..

The pool was the perfect temperature and very clean. My kids had a blast there. Jose and Laura went above and beyond as managers. They were super responsive with issues in our room. You could tell they were working super hard and were still very warm and attentive. Also, my kids loved the waffle iron at the breakfast.

We like that it was a small place. There was a continental breakfast. In the location was perfect. Laura was the best. She took care of us.
